In this class we practice Stance Training, tendon changing exercises, and 3 Dan Tian breathing. This is a community class and is good for all levels of experience.

-Stance training develops strength, focus, breathing, and proper spinal alignment

-Tendon training exercises develop healthy strong joints and tendons throughout the entire body

-3 Dan Tian Breathing is a breathing meditation practice that regulates the chi flow in the 3 primary centers of the body for physical centering, a soft heart, and a quiet mind
