Yin Yoga helps to:

Increase mobility, reduce pain, improve sleep, and prepare your body for meditation.

Yin Yoga is the practice of holding stretches for 5 minutes at a time with the goals of stretching your fascia, circulating your chi, and calming your nervous system.  Join me for 60 minutes of Yin Yoga accompanied by 20 minutes of guided meditation.
