In this workshop I will be focusing on two techniques to establish a foundation for yogic meditation. Settling Your Shakti and Centering the 3 Dan Tian. These techniques are complementary and can be used together or on their own. The beginning of meditation is to become deeply calm, quiet, and comfortable in your body, mind, and energy. The purpose of this workshop is to offer a deep understanding of inner quiet and share techniques to help you develop this within yourself.
