In this series you will learn to use your breath and inner focus to access and regulate your chi.  The 3 Dan Tian are the conscious centers that regulate the chi flow in your body, mind, and spirit.  Balancing the 3 Dan Tian allows you to deeply and consistently enter a state of calmness and balance when you need it.  But the only way to get this is to practice.  So come practice to start the new year.
